About

I sculpt primarily in wood from my garden studio in Ryde, Isle of Wight. My long-time interest has been in the formal properties of shape and form, working across paper, digital media and wood to explore the intersections of line and shape within interlocking spaces.

I previously held a studio at Art Space Portsmouth for over 25 years alongside working as a faculty manager in the Portsmouth University Creative and Cultural Industries faculty. I will be opening my studio in May 2026 as part of the Isle of Wight Open Studios. Hope to see you!
